Halle Berry is demonstrating that age is just a number once more.
Over the weekend, the actress flaunted her fit physique on Instagram once more in an effort to motivate others to get healthier.
The 55-year-old actress has been collaborating with celebrity trainer Peter Lee Thomas to promote a healthy lifestyle and the value of a training program. And, based on her cheerful beach photos, it appears to be working for her.
“… guess what? #FitnessFriday is BACK, y’all!!!” Berry captioned the first in a series of images of herself in a bikini on the beach with her trainer.
“@peterleethomas and I have been off working and we haven’t been together in a while … but we’re back, ready to give you more Fitness Friday fun and tips and continue to encourage you along your fitness journey!”
She concluded, “No excuses… you got a week to get ready!
Let’s re•spin our fit together! Happy Fitness Friday! ”
Berry also shared a snapshot of herself jumping on a beach while wearing a tan one-piece swimsuit. The cut-out swimsuit draws attention to the actress’s small waist and toned legs. The ‘The Call’ star captioned the cheerful photo, “jump over to @respin! No excuses this week! New #FitnessFriday workout with @peterleethomas and I, coming next Friday!”
Fans wrote in the comments, “Yes still looking good 👏❤️👏,” “Nice body. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,” and “You’re goals🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️.”
Berry had revealed the reason why she decided to embark on a serious fitness journey, in October 2020
At the CBD brand’s first Black Beauty and Wellness Summit, she told Brown Girl Jane creator Tai Beauchamp. “I’m feeling and looking younger than I ever have because I’m putting in the work because I want to be there for my kids,”
The actress added, “I want to be around for my grandchildren, and not just to see them born … I want to see them grow.”
The actress also recently discussed her own fitness journey and how it has impacted her life. Halle’s fitness objectives aren’t only about looking good; they’re also about staying healthy on the inside, especially after she was diagnosed with diabetes in her early twenties. “As a result, my attitude (and my exercises!) transformed over the next few decades,” she told Women’s Health magazine.
Although the “Catwoman” actor has always been in fantastic shape, Berry revealed in 2019 that her strict programme helped her get abs for the first time.
“There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it,” Berry wrote. “One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie? Ripped Abs – and today? I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable!”
The filmmaker and actress recently made headlines when she uploaded a video on Twitter just before the Super Bowl on February 13. Berry is shown in the video wearing a sparkly pantsuit and walking across the stadium with the text “Welcome to the #SuperBowl.”
Within hours, her video presenting the Super Bowl began trending on Twitter, with many viewers asking, “Is Halle Berry ageing AT ALL?? “don’t think so #SuperBowl,” and “I’d want to see a video of Halle vibing to the halftime performance.” In addition, Halle just inked a multi-title agreement with the streaming giant Netflix.
