Khloe Kardashian is literally flexing for the gram! In these new amazing images, the reality star is displaying some significant back and shoulder muscles.
On Feb. 1, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posted back-to-back shots to her Instagram, showcasing her fitness progress on her upper back and shoulders. “About 3 months apart,” Khloe captioned the post which displayed a current photo compared to another (still very fit!) shot from months ago. “[L]et’s go @coachjoe.paris we are sculpting my back and arms,” she completed the caption, tagging her personal trainer for his help in her fitness journey.
With a strappy black sports bra, tight black exercise pants, and black training gloves to help with her hands while lifting, Khloe flaunted her beautiful physique.
In the first photo, the founder of Good American is seen lifting a barbell while sweating in style while wearing high-waisted black leggings, a racer-back sports bra, and black work-out gloves.
Her health update comes nearly a month after her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson publicly apologized to her for fathering a kid with another woman. Khloe was “still really unhappy and it’s been hard for her to accept this,” a source told E! News shortly after.
According to the insider, “He was still talking one thing and doing another after everything they had been through. She recognises that she is deserving of so much more.”
After she released the spectacular transformation photos, a number of Khloe’s celebrity friends filled her comment section with praise.

Adrienne Bailon, who dated Khloe’s brother Rob Kardashian earlier, was equally impressed “ow… yoooo you look incredible. Inspired seriously- lemme go get my life (and my back & arms) together. Lol.”
The actress of Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian has previously referred to her workouts as “therapy time.”
“So, this is my therapy,” she remarked in an Instagram Story video from last April. “And I don’t believe anyone works out harder or more effectively than someone who is upset, angry, mad, or determined.”
Khloe previously revealed that she attends to the gym for approximately an hour and a half a day, five to six times a week. Khloe previously broke down one of her intense workouts with Joël, aka Joe Paris.
According to Joe, the exercise includes elevated burpees with plank rowing, weighted squat pulses, bench step ups, donkey kicks, rows, weighted side steps, deadlifts, and more, and was posted to Instagram in 2019.
While the workout appeared to be strenuous, Khloe recommended her admirers to take it slowly when starting their own fitness adventures.
“Take one day at a time,” she wrote in the comments. “Remember it’s mind, body and soul. You got this!! Happy healthy heart is all you need.”
